Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and administration of various version of Microsoft SQL Servers

Monitor/ Remediate alerts and provide Operational support for SQL databases

Support DR activities and expertise in Recovery/Restore procedures.

Knowledge on cloud-based solutions (AZURE/AWS) on SQL platform, supporting key business initiatives.

Support application deployment activities

Experience with automation and PowerShell scripting to build infrastructure for automation.

Experience with SSRS and SSIS

Perform DB patching, investigate and remediate vulnerabilities.

Support DB Upgrade/Migration

Handle large database estates and managed TB size of databases

Install and configure database monitoring tools

Database refresh (Prod to Dev, QA)

Expertise in reviewing Database auditing and Security compliance parameters

Capacity Planning

Prepare and Maintain Standard Operating Procedure for all DBA activities

Risk Administration

Provide 24*7 and on call support for critical application databases

Strong experience of log shipping, mirroring, clustering, replication and Always On

Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

5 + years of Microsoft SQL Server database administration experience

5 + years of production support experience

Willingness and flexibility to cross train in new DBA technologies and tools as part of today's DevOps landscape

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Job Description:

Handling critical incidents in the Datacenter & Cloud Network
Perform various project related tasks.
Experience includes managing International Customers and candidate should have good Communication.
Troubleshooting connectivity issues with in cloud and on premise.
Follow ITIL process for all operations i.e. IM/RM/Changes using ServiceNow.
Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
7 years' minimum experience in an enterprise level LAN/WAN data center environment

Primary Skills
Experience in Cisco Routing & Switching
Experience in Datacenter solutions on Cisco ACI SDN.
Experience in Checkpoint Firewall platform level including Azure Cloud Based Solutions
Experience in Datacenter solutions on Cisco Nexus platform, Code upgrades, troubleshooting in VDC, VPC environment.
Experience in deploying Azure infrastructure (i.e. Networking).
Experience with hybrid Datacenter environments and Datacenter infrastructure.

Secondary Skills.
Knowledge of Python scripting for network automation
Experience in F5 GTM & LTM Load balancer including Azure Cloud Based Solutions
Knowledge of NMS like SolarWinds.
Knowledge of Agile & Devops.
