About the role

We are looking for a new IT coordinator who is our go-to person for all matters and questions related to our digital workplace and the devices that we use. You are key to enabling all employees to optimize their performance with the digital environment and devices that they use. It is your prime responsibility to ensure smooth delivery of the digital environment and devices. You are responsible for resolving a broad range of issues that we can have, everything from reconnecting the printer, to resolving technical issues related to the digital workplace.

Your other responsibilities include:

• Being the first line support to internal inquiries
• Working with external partners to resolve hardware and software issues related to the technology/tools that we use

• Maintaining and administrating our active directory

Who are you

From a technical perspective we would like you to have:

• A bachelor s in system science or similar education/equivalent experience
• Experience with cloud services and infra

• Service desk or customer service experience
• Understanding of technical requirements, integrations, and system solutions
• Experience of a Microsoft environment and Office related products

We would even appreciate it if you have some experience with/knowledge of some of the following:

• Experience from a start-up environment
• Understanding of how to scale systems and device management
• Experience with SSO, Info Security, and device management
