Tasks

You will

own the recruitment process

plan and execute active sourcing activities

manage our external hiring partners

manage the hiring funnel

support the executive team with the employer branding & hiring strategy

represent the values of JUSTROCKET

Requirements

What you should offer us:

enthusiasm when it comes to tech recruitment

a communicative and well-organized character

the will to present the core values of JUSTROCKET

a tech network in Cluj

a sales-person to convince candidates

experience in community building, HR administration, or marketing is a plus

proficiency in Romanian and English

the dedication to have a lasting impact and make yourself indispensable within our team
