Qualifikationen
- Completed training in human resources or business administration with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Relevant work experience in a human resources function with a focus on recruitment in the manufacturing industry
- Work experience in a matrix organization and in an international environment
- Sound, in-depth and up-to-date skills in all relevant HR areas, including recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management, learning & development, organizational development and remuneration (incl. pensions), (basic) knowledge of Dutch labor law, coaching skills and change management
- Very good command of English and Dutch required
