Description:
Remote work is allowed from any state, but travel will be necessary to set up and maintain the test site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- Build and maintain a test lab of OT equipment/devices from multiple vendors (S7, Rockwell PLCs, Schneider, etc.)
- Help teach software development teams how to correctly interface and integrate with the multi-vendor OT equipment/devices (using standard and proprietary protocols)
- Simulate test scenarios of manufacturing issues and use diagnostic tools to investigate (e.g. manufacturing incidents/issues, downtime, disconnections, wear and tear, etc.)
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a manufacturing or maintenance engineer and using OT equipment/devices from multiple vendors (Rockwell, Schneider, etc.)
- 1+ years experience planning equipment layout, tools and IT programs needed, and designing or contributing to design of manufacturing workflow.
