Global Partnerships & Content Internship for Media and Sports (w/m/d)

IMAGO is one of the leading image & video providers for media, brands & sports, based in Berlin.

Over 10.000 national & international top clients use a variety of our media, from news videos to stock photos, for their editorial & commercial projects.

The central focus of our content team is not only to find the world's best agencies and photographers to establish relationships with them; it is further the management and organisation of all our photographers and their requests.

Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and open-minded intern, who supports our content group in its everyday tasks.

We are looking for someone immediately for our team in Berlin.

Tasks

• Oversee content team performance through our partner & photographer tracking documents. Acquisition, submission, retention & submission.
• Oversee the weekly report on Content group activity & execution.
• Be a world class day-to-day resource for support-related questions from our agency and partner network.
• Support our Content Leads in their work supporting our priority Key partners.
• Oversee the reporting cycles & deadlines for & of our International photographers, creator & agency partners.
• Onboard all new photographers and agencies.
• Own the administrative workflows of the content group: legal & taxation paperwork.
• Be a clear, communicative & open partner to all Imago stakeholders - sales, marketing, picture desk & senior management.

Requirements

• Proactive and motivated
• Multitasking skills
• Ability to think outside the box
• You have a strong interest in Sports
• Fundamental interest and passion for the photo & video industry.
• Strong administrative fundamentals - established competence in Microsoft suite & excel or google suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
• Very good English language skills.
• German language skills are a plus, however not required.
