Job Description
Role: Business Analyst
Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380 (Onsite)

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the primary business connect for the client's (Oil & Gas Sector) IT Team with client's leadership, interpreting the stakeholders business goals into deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business and end users to determine best IT solution
Define objectives and scope of business system
Analyze complex business problems and work with IT to determine solution
Gather data and analyze business and user needs
Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals
Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system
Conduct post-project evaluation & delivery

Skill/Proficiency:
8-10 years of experience as Business Analyst with a mid to large size organization
Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in data analysis
Understanding business functional areas
