Imaging Technician/CT Admin

Should have good understanding of Imaging of PC includes the following

Run Diagnostics (used machines only)

Setup BIOS

Run PXE boot to start image.

Push any required SW and verify

Post image checks

Make sure used machines are cleaned and in like new condition to send out to end users.

Once fully trained a base requirement of 60 machines completed per day.

Technically inclined and ability to troubleshoot issues

Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet most of the day

Technical skills Basic understanding of ServiceNow tool, incident management

Time management Tech needs excellent time management skills and should be able to set priorities when handling multiple cases

Team collaboration Should have collaborating skills, should be good team members help self team and other team members when need arise.
