AWS Application Architect/Tech Lead

• Work in an agile, project-centric, team-focused environment
• Will be part of Solution Team focussing on migration of applications from on-premise systems to Cloud Platform
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions with a focus on backend systems and related technologies
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Effort estimation knowledge on Solutioning an application
• Ability to work with multi stakeholder teams that support digital transformation and journey to the cloud.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of development experience in Java and Vue JS.
• Proficiency with client-side languages, libraries, and frameworks: (e.g. Angular/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS).
• Appreciation for and alignment to standard methodologies regarding object-oriented design, coding standards, RESTful service development and integration, common design patterns, secure application development, and test coverage
• Preferred to have understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, etc.
• Experience with AWS (ex: EC2, ELB, VPCs, EKS, Serverless) is preferred.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with Git and Gradle/Maven.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, experience in Agile development
• Self-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced Rapid Application Development environment.
• Skilled in communicating complex information with business and technical stakeholders as appropriate
• Strong problem-solving skills, analyse root cause and determine resolution to complex issues
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
