LOCATION: REMOTE
ROLE: SR. QUALITY ANALYST

This role combines a focus in software quality and testing as well as review and analysis of business requirements by ensuring adherence to quality standards and practices defined by our company, the Health Care Industry and Compliance. You will be heavily involved in developing and executing a multifaceted testing approach including functional/system testing, integration testing, end to end testing, and regression.
We emphasize collaboration across multiple feature and support teams to deliver quality integrated products.

Design test plans and test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements
Review and understand functional requirements to ensure that requirements are testable and define test scenarios required to validate development aligns with requirements
Analyze business process flows and begin preparing the test scenarios and scripts
Design high quality and detailed manual test cases
Design test cases using JAMA tool
Work with the Business team to clarify epics, use cases and/or requirements and acceptance criteria and generate RTM
Participate in PI planning and user stories grooming sections
Develop Test Scripts by leveraging Python language using Pycharm/ Pytest tool Participate in cross-functional initiatives and End to End testing coordination
Execute all different testing levels throughout the SDLC. e.g. System, Integration, SIT, UAT, E2E, Interface, Regression, Smoke and Sanity testing
Execute and maintain regression test suites
Perform Interface and Flat file testing and validate in Database by using SQL language
Great understanding of using Microsoft SQL server

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in technical field with 8+ years of progressive QA/testing experience OR Master's Degree in technical field with 6+ years of progressive QA/testing experience in Information Technology or software development focus on problems / projects of diverse complexity and scope
Experience in automation, creating scripts, execution and troubleshooting using Selenium, QTP or other front-end automation tools
Possess specialist understanding of QA/testing principals and policies with experience as a project leader for quality
Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel as a team lead
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, strong analysis, problem identification, and problem resolution capability, ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex testing challenges
Ability to influence others within and outside of job function, and may communicate with external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare in general and specially Medicaid experience is highly desired
Provider solution experience is a big plus
Preferred experience in interacting with the Client and demoing defects and fixes
