Job Description:
- The candidate for this position will have a solid and proven track record in running technology infrastructure projects/program preferably in the Financial Industry space in North America.
- A minimum of 5 years of full time IT experience is required for the intermediate level candidate.
- Experience in File Transfer Migration with minimal 200+ Data Feed for internal and External clients.
- This position requires an outgoing, motivated, confident, and ambitious individual. In addition to technical skills, it is expected that the candidate will also possess excellent customer-facing skills (both written and verbal).
Key skills
- Lead or participate in projects to help migrate customers' identity platforms during Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures
- Proven Experience to Lead projects in support of customers to perform mass file transfer migration.
- Thorough understanding on different file transfer methodology , protocol (FTP/S,SFTP,HTTPS,SSH) and platform (TIBCO Preferred)
- Thorough understanding on data classification , data privacy and cybersecurity related to the data / file transfer.
- Thorough understanding on Project / Program Management Best Practice.
- Experience to manage multiple stakeholders and able to prioritize with competing resources and priorities.
- Personal Organization -- Excellence at time management; maximize efficiency in client contact; meet deadlines, commitments, and project requirements.
- Communications -- Develop and present proposals; interact with technical and executive level customer contacts; prepare and conduct group presentations.
