Working for one of the most diversified food manufacturing companies nationwide, youll be building effective relationships on the production floor while driving the EH&S culture. Youll provide advice & information to plant management on matters relating to best practices for environmental, health & safety matters. You will have a lot of interaction will all levels in the facility pertaining to EHS issues and training. As the EH&S Manager, your goal is to promote a high-energy and process improvement atmosphere for safety & environmental compliance.

We are looking for an EHS Manager who has a demonstrated background in safety and environmental compliance. Must have knowledge of OSHA regulations, accident rate reduction, workers compensation case management, safety training, lockout/tag out, Storm Water Pollution Programs, Hazardous Waste Management. You will need to have at least five years of experience with EHS programs in a manufacturing facility. Need a continuous improvement mindset.

Minimum requirements for this EHS Manager position:

• At least 5 years of experience working in EH&S


• Manufacturing experience; preferably food


• Excellent communication skills.
