Job Description
Highly regarded plaintiff personal injury law firm seeks a litigation attorney to join their firm. This role will have an opportunity for mentorship and will handle litigation matters. The role will work directly with the partner attorneys and handle mass tort cases in litigation.
Detailed job duties include:
- Draft and review motions, briefs, discovery documents, pleadings and other legal documents
- Attend depositions
- Communicate regularly with clients
Qualifications:
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury/mass tort is preferred. Litigation experience is required.
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas TX Attorney License.
- Graduated from ABA accredited law school.
- 2+ years of experience as a litigation attorney, working on complex civil cases and/or representing clients in court proceedings.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is required.
