Job Description
General Manager Multi-Unit Developer
This is a Richmond based opportunity for a senior level Multi-Unit General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience at the multi-unit level or multi-unit General Manager level.
This is a franchised operation, a hybrid between fast casual and QSR with expansion rights throughout the Richmond area.
Candidates will need to have a proven track record in manager development, P&L responsibility and results. Strong people/local marketing skills are required
Candidates are required to have at least 10 years restaurant operations management experience with advancement, tenure and proven results.
This role will offer a premium compensation program. Operators can receive lucrative bonus based on profit flow as well as benefits, PTO and other incentives.
