Executive Sous Chef
DC area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional to join the senior leadership team for a cutting edge new restaurant in the Washington, DC area.
This will be a state of the art, eclectic style restaurant featuring cutting edge cuisine.
The ideal Executive Sous Chef will have a diverse culinary background featuring eclectic worldwide dishes with Indian/Asian influence as a base.
The new unit opening will receive an abundance of local press and publicity, both the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef will have high visibility in this opening role.
If you have a culinary background that covers traditional and nontraditional cuisine with an international/ethnic twist then this could be a great option.
