Job Description

Duration: 12 months
Description:

SkillsWe are looking for a senior domain consultant from HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) industry having in depth knowledge of products such as Airside equipment, Chillers, Controllers etc. The consultant shall have worked on product configuration and selection tools, rating and pricing applications etc.Required Experience

Functions as a primary liaison between the product teams, tool users and tools development and support teams.
Manages the prioritization of the Selection Tools tickets/change request backlog to strategically align with technology and business priorities.
Understands business needs, writes detailed requirements for the desired or proposed solution, and prepares requirement documents, use cases, and user stories.
Communicates feature requirements, facilitates timely resolution to questions related to how the product should function or provides clarity in prioritizing the features for implementation.
Has accountability for the quality and value of implemented product feature
Assists in the implementation of system modifications and expansions as well as new system releases.
Participates in review meetings and facilitates communications with key stakeholders
Should keep abreast on current industry developments in the HVAC area and new techniques for the use of information technology.
Helps teams to perform System and User acceptance Testing
Ensures that development and implementation of systems integrates appropriately with other business systems and functional areas.
Should have experience in working with remote (offshore) teams.
Should have good experience working directly with client team at their location

Job Responsibilities

10+ years of work experience in HVAC industry as a Business Analyst
Know-how of equipment sales operations is preferable.
Proficient knowledge of Process and Workflow Management and Project Management waterfall and Agile
Functions as a primary liaison between the product teams, tool users and tools development and support teams.
