Financial Reporting Manager

Accurately prepare monthly and annual financial results in terms of IFRS and management reporting,
Coordination of, and Timely and accurate iFEM reporting,
Timely and accurate variance analysis and meaningful explanations
Ensure company is compliant in terms of statutory requirements (SOX, IFRS, COs Act),
Coordination and Preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Accurate and timely preparation of monthly Trust accounts
Timely reconciliation preparations
Monthly presentations to management
Liaising with Holding company regarding iFEM queries
Accurate SAP month end close procedures
Maintenance of SAP GL accounts.
Adhoc Supporting requests from management
Coordinating and supporting audits from external auditors
Knowledge and understanding of the trial balance (Back to Basics)
New Accounting policy preparation and adoption
Analysis and understanding of general ledger accounts
Financial Statement disclosure and preparation in terms of IFRS
Completion of various surveys
Embedded derative understanding & calculation
Capitalisation of borrowing costs calculation & disclosure
IAS 37 understanding & disclosure
Group & foundation account preparations
Articles in big four Audit firm
ERP system experience (SAP) Maintenance & operational
2 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrate good management skills.
Advanced computer literacy (Essential) (MS Excel)
Good business acumen (Advantageous)
Overtime will be required
