Application Support Analyst - SAP Production Support for SD/MM Location: Irving, TX or Basking Ridge, NJ Hybrid Model: 4 days onsite in week Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years Duration - Long term contract - multiple year scope must be committed Work Authorization - US Citizen, Green card, H1B, H4EAD, OPT EAD, CPT EAD, TN - Any visa will work (Candidate must be willing to relocate) Job Description: The Client Global Supply Chains (GSC) BSAI (Business, Systems, Analytics, and Intelligence) team requires an Application Support Analyst to monitor procurement production GSC systems for issues or outages (legacy or SAP), provide incident management (AYS, defects, tickets, test and fix), respond to requests from end-users, analyze and respond to end-users with a solution or escalate to other IT teams as required. Additionally, the candidate will participate in projects and systems enhancements including requirements gathering, process mapping, research and review of solutions, data setup and testing execution, project status and issue or resolution tracking. Must Have Skills (Most Important): Hands on experience on SAP SD/IM/MM/LE modules: (2 plus years) specialization on supporting SD/ IM/ MM/ LE processes. Hands-on experience supporting production environment including, order creating thru interfacing systems, IDoc monitoring and error analysis or correction, outputs, query building, table lookup, serialization, goods movements, Delivery monitoring and reconciliation etc. Experience reading or editing functional spec documents and testing processes end-to-end with thorough documentation of test results. Hands-on experience on working with cross functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setup. Experience on monitoring tools, JIRA, and other defect management tools. Exposure developing new reports with various options of uploading or downloading like workstation download, logical destination, FTP, EDI etc. Desired Skills: G-Suite experience. Background in systems such as JIRA, ALM, VISIO, Project and/or Smartsheets. Excellent customer service and communication skills Works independently, efficiently, and effectively under extreme time constraints delivering results by critical deadlines Shows initiative, anticipates, and prepares for upcoming situations, takes advantage of opportunities, acts quickly and decisively, addresses issues before they become problems Maintain production support, enable efficient trouble shooting techniques and timely communication to internal or external customers. -
