First and foremost, this involves caring for the leased vehicles of field staff and executives. For the newly developed markets we require customer support staff speaking either of the following languages: Polish or Norwegian.
Often communication takes place concerning damage reports. You also will take care about inquiries from accounting and purchasing departments. As a customer support advisor, you answer all incoming requests in the best sense of the company. In doing so, you take into account the various general agreements that have been settled with individual companies.
We are looking for service-oriented customer service reps with very good communication skills. You type fluently and error-free on the keyboard and can work shifts. You are good in seeing the big picture and understand the importance of professionalism.
