Human Resources Internship

ROKIN is a technology startup in Munich that prides itself on being a member of the support programme of the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) at the University of Munich, as well as the Fellowship-Programme of the Media Lab Bayern. For those in the know however we are infinitely more: a close-knit team of technology-enthusiasts who aim for nothing less than to revolutionise innovation in companies.

Our technology platform, the Digital Engineer , enables engineers to find matching solutions to their problems literally at the push of a button. This gives the organisations using our platform a powerful boost to their innovation activities.

For the area of organizational development and human resources, we are looking for a committed person who will support us in organizational and administrative issues and at the same time contribute his or her own ideas.

Tasks

Support in the organization and management

• Publishing job advertisements
• First contact with applicants and conducting selected interviews
• Onboarding of new team members
• Formulation of internship confirmations or certificates

Assistance in the formulation of materials for marketing

Requirements

Enrolled students of economics, social sciences or humanities or similar

• Team player with an interest in operational cooperation
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

Very good German and good English skills - both verbal and in writing

• Strong communication skills, also in an international environment
• High level of initiative and a pragmatic and careful working method
• Enthusiasm and creativity
