Job Description
Duties: JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Director and/or Nurse Manager of Acute/Subacute Nursing, the Acute Charge Nurse's responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation of patients/residents treatment plan as well as counseling and education for patient/resident s families. Follows the Acute Rehabilitation nursing standards of care and policies and procedures to assure optimal outcomes. Accountable for the supervision of categories of nursing personnel. Must have Vents & tracheostomy experience
Skills: ACLS, BLS, RN License , NIHSS- Required, Vents & tracheostomy experience - Required,
