Dev Program Specialist I

Description:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

ERP (SAP) experience a plus

Cora (PMIS) experience a plus

Microsoft Office required

Technical Writing a plus

Be a part of a global project and program management office to support the new processes and tools deployed across the globe. Play a supporting role in driving improvements and software integration in support of the UOP Project Management Office's goals. Support Project Management alignment through a collaborative work environment with your peers.

You will support the PMO by outlining meetings, entering data into Cora, building PowerPoint decks and sending communications. Your efforts will ensure the project team is focused, aware, capable, and strongly supported. You will work closely with the PMO Lead to enable future PMIS releases are a success.
