Experience requirement : 1-4 years pre-sales, preferablyinEngineering Services, IT/ITES services
An individual with effectivesales& marketing acumen, good analytical & negotiation skills
Must have good communication skills and experienceinlead generation through cold calling and email campaigns.
With an exposure to engineering services industry is desirable (mechanical engineering and embedded engineering)
Exposure to dealing with international clients especially European automotive OEMs, tier 1 s is preferred.
Excellent communication skills - candidate will be required to deal with prospects from the Europe/USA/UK/Japan regions
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead/demand generationinassigned international geography
Cold-calling, email-campaign
Conducting preliminary market research to understand about a potential client/prospect
Prepare & update prospect database with call activities and generate alternate contacts
Understanding the prospect requirements and mapping it with the offerings to benefit the business growth
Follow ups with prospects/leads
Connects and rapport building with decision makers
Active participation & involvementinsalesmeetings and strategizing the RFI/RFQ/RFP response and engagement kick-off
Account management activities
Work location: Bangalore or Pune (preferably)
