The incumbent is licensed and will work alongside an experienced Agent(s) in the selling, leasing and marketing of commercial real estate properties. This role provides proactive and direct assistance to the Agent(s) and to external clients. Associate will be based in the greater Phoenix area.

What youll bring

Real estate license required.
A post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred.
A valid drivers license and fully insured automobile is required.
Strong interpersonal skills can build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels.
Must be detail-oriented; possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Possesses strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience conducting research through MLS, MPAC, RealNet, and/or the Internet is considered an asset.
Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset.
Maintains a professional appearance.
