Role Overview:

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our eCommerce product team. You will help build and scale delightful customer experiences with an omnichannel strategy mindset and holistic vision. You will be responsible for owning the product and leading a cross-functional team to take ideas and iteratively bring them to life. Wed like you to have a customer-first mindset and demonstrate experience in delivering impactful products and features that are heavily informed by data as well as user research.

The eCommerce team is responsible for the design, development, quality assurance, and implementation of customer-facing features and the supporting back-end services including:

Shopping cart & Checkout
Web Landing page experiences
Customer Dashboard
Payments & Fraud management
Communication channels

We are a multi-location team with team members in US and international locations. However, this is a remote position based in United States or Canada. We will only consider candidates currently in United States or Canada and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.


More about the role:
The McAfee eCommerce organization is seeking an energetic and talented Principal Product Manager to lead the Cart & Checkout delivery team, driving high-value, high-quality features to our industry-leading eCommerce site.
The ideal candidate would have the technical chops to effectively influence/participate in architectural/design discussions, strategic planning, roadmaps, and decisions to ensure we build impactful, compelling, and scalable solutions in an incremental fashion, unlocking hyper-growth, data-driven decision making and creating a world of possibilities for our customers/business.Success in the role requires agility and results-orientation, strategic and innovative thinking, a proven track record of delivering new customer-facing software products at scale, rigorous analytical skills, and a passion for automation and data-driven approaches to solving problems.


More about you:


8+ years of experience in a product role, creating vision, building requirements from 1-liner problem statements

2+ years of experience working in ecommerce environment especially on cart & checkout

Understand needs and prioritization approach

Expert level understanding of Adobe suite of products (AEM, AAM, AA, Target)

Passionate about building user-centric, customer-focused experiences that unify platforms and products

General Manager mentality - interest in the intersection of technology, operations, and business.

Have experience working in deep product domains - guiding system design and building scalable infrastructure while balancing short term deliverables with long-term vision

Have emotional intelligence and experience building trust with partners

Have ability to inspire and lead large teams of designers, engineers, and collaborators.

You set clear objectives and KPIs to measure success

Have ability to independently capture, distill, and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
