Job Description
Employers Pro Advantage Inc. a Native Alaskan Women owned sdb specializing in the placement of highly skilled professionals in Accounting, Finance, IT/MIS and Cleared Federal Government positions. Employers Pro Advantage Inc. has been in business since 1997 servicing New Mexico and the surrounding states with high results.
We are hiring for a Litigation paralegal for a client in Albuquerque, NM.
- Maintain paper backups of electronic work.
- Work flexible hours that could include some evenings.
- Handle a case load of about 30 intensive cases.
- Stay on top of all of assigned cases, including deadlines and information needed.
- Proof reading and editing documents.
- Do legal research.
- Respond to Discovery.
- Synopsize Depositions.
- Summarize Medical Records.
- Check legal citations.
- Civil Litigation experience required.
- Medical records experience.
- Must be able to perform some Paralegal duties.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Great attention to detail
- Multi-tasker
- Work well under pressure
- Proficiency with Westlaw and Excel a plus
- Bilingual is a major plus
- Notary is a plus
- MUST submit references with resume
Compensation: $22/hr
