As part of the leadership team, you will interact with not only the team members, but also the companys great customers. As the Project / Program Management Director, you will be overseeing multiple projects, ensuring standards, processes and tools are up-to-date and establishing methodologies for improvements. You will also use your excellent leadership skills to take on responsibilities at multiple sites and develop best practices and develop processes to help the team and the customers. You will also be responsible for managing the budget, managing suppliers and making decisions on what contractors to use.

Minimum requirements for this Project / Program Management Director position:

• Bachelors Degree, engineering preferred


• PMP certification


• At least 10 years of experience in a project-based environment


• Experience with implementing and managing material handling projects for multiple customers, which include establishing standards, process and tools for effective project delivery


• Proficiency with MS Project


• Experience with financial reporting.
