Our client company is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to perform resource management duties for their electrical department and be responsible for the technical quality of work performed.
You must be willing to:
Manage the staffing levels/utilization of the department resources
Track department performance statistics/determine areas for improvement
Maintain communication with team members
Facilitate employee reallocation Interfaces with client relationship managers (CRMs)/project managers (PMs) to determine specific project staffing needs
Oversee/guide project teams in carrying out design/engineering tasks
Approve timesheets/expense reports
Resolve disputes/conflicts
Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS in Electrical Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer with Lead/group management experience
10+ years experience in a consulting engineering firm OR
15+ years applicable commercial experience in electrical design
10+ years experience designing electrical power/lighting/fire alarm/low voltage building systems
Revit MEP experience preferred
