Job Description
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
BS Degree
Over 7 years of construction management experience
OSHA 10/30 (+)
Certified in Construction Management (+)
DUTIES
The Construction Manager is responsible for making sure the construction of the technical installations are executed according to the Project’s Scope and meetQuality Standards.
Responsible for checking the detailed engineering design from suppliers, find & avoid conflicts and check physical interfaces.
Manage and monitor the following topics:
- Mechanical and Electrical works
- Oxygen reduction installation
- Refrigeration installation
- Sprinkler and fire detection
- Reports to Project Director
- Project estimated to be 12-18 months
- Lead the Construction of a 200k+ sq. foot warehouse,
