Job Description
Duties
Required Skills
- Develop 2 other Junior Schedulers - Both have been there for about 3 years,
- Workwith the field operations manager, project manager, subcontractors and field leaders to ensure project status and any schedule changes are known to all involved parties.
- Coordinates with field operations mgr, PM & team members in scheduling to accomplish service objectives & create smooth transition into construction phase.
- Manage all scheduling efforts in a timely manner by archiving project schedules in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate schedule alternatives and construction practices to support project changes. Generate detailed CPM scheduling information so that the Superintendents and Project Managers can sufficiently and efficiently track and plan the projects.
- Continuously monitors the scheduling efforts during pre-planning phase to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed prior to mobilization and throughout the construction process
- Manage and update the project schedule in conjunction with the project manager and field leadership team to ensure the project schedules are achieved.
Required Skills
- Must have vertical scheduling experience with projects $5M & UP
- Handle Project Schedules from Cradle 2 Grave
- Scheduling experience with Commercial, Healthcare, K-12,Civic or Civil
- 10 years of Commercial Scheduling experience
- 10 years: Experience with construct-ability of building components,
- Skil
- 10 years: Experience or exposure to the “architects” role of the complete design process from programming through construction administration
- 10 years: Production of coordinated design documents on large, complex projects
