You will be working on a variety of research topics from competitor tracking to campaign analyzes and customer insights
You support with the conception, implementation and evaluation of international quantitative and qualitative studies (user tests, online surveys, interviews, etc.)
You are deriving and presenting recommendations for action
You document & communicate research insights
You are monitoring customer feedback, desk research and organisational tasks within the team
Your Skills
You are an enrolled student in business psychology, sociology, communication, media or economics, ideally with a focus on market research
You enjoy analyzing customer insights and ideally already have experience in doing so (e.g. internships, work experience)
You have ideally used analysis tools such as Excel, R, SPSS, or similar is a plus
You work independently, structured and carefully and are not afraid to present your results in front of colleagues
You speak very good English
You are supportive, positive, and bring team spirit!
