Job Description
UX Designer responsibilities and duties
- Conduct competitive analyses of other websites that operate in the same space (this is a APP and a Salesforce application)
- Conduct current application analysis and suggest changes
- Prepare customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions
- Participate in creating a content development strategy, also help with the new strategy to grow business in terms of wireframes and sample HTML
- Coordinate with UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more
- Develop mockups for our development and design team
- Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with knowledge of UX CX and process involved
- Superior knowledge of all Adobe products, including InDesign and Illustrator
- Knowledge of usability /508 for state and federal project
- Experience preparing detailed competitive and consumer analyses
- Ability to commit to 40+ hour work weeks
