Job Description

Your role

As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) you are part of a sales team that is determined to revolutionise the future of intralogistics. You are responsible for the qualification phase with new customers and provide your colleagues with new leads. In doing so, you act as a communication talent and generate new conversions. No matter where you work from, you are an integral part of the team. That's why we're looking for someone like you across Europe who wants to help shape the global development of SYNAOS.

Your mission

  • You are responsible for and will actively work on our lead pipeline and build up a qualified network in a short time
  • You contact potential customers via telephone, video call or on-site and communicate with top decision-makers from all sectors
  • You analyze and gather current customer requirements using our qualification methodology, make initial recommendations for action, and work closely with Account Executives
  • Your structure and prepare the data from our leads in the CRM system
  • You are a valuable input provider for our marketing team on customer requirements, industry trends and market perception
  • You take part in trade fairs and events and represent SYNAOS externally and within our community

Your profile

  • You have already gained at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field of activity and have been able to achieve success in this area
  • You have prior experience in software sales, ideally in the e-commerce sector
  • You are characterized by an agile working style and you know how to set your priorities
  • Ideally, you already have experience with a CRM system and know how to create a contact and a lead
  • You can hold conversations in German as well as in English. Other language skills would be an advantage
