Overview
We are expanding our ServiceNow team with a Sr. ServiceNow Architect in the San Francisco Bay area. This role will have a focus on delivering solutions and providing technical support for the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholder to understand requirements and design solutions
- Design and document technical specifications, configurations and customizations for out of the box, new solutions and systems integrations
- Develop coding and configuration standards as well as best practices for maintaining ServiceNow platform stability
- Participate in ongoing projects, collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical leads and Developers functioning as ServiceNow's technical SME
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting and configuring solutions in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, WSD, CSM and Agile modules
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using LDAP, SSO, Mid server, web-services, email and other relevant technologies
- Configured ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery probes and senso
