Job Description
Must-Have 1. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
2. Experience working in a team environment and being a strong team player, working in a distributed team environment
3. Strong analyst skills; gathering/documenting requirements and workflows
4. Strong Identity Management concepts (Provisioning, User Flows, etc)
5. Strong LDAP concepts & must have worked on some Directory Server
6. Strong experience in SailPoint Identity IQ
7. Strong understanding of Joiner, leaver flows
Good-to-Have 1. Capable of acting as an SME and hands-on resolving critical production issues
2. Experience in implementing IAM solutions for multi-territory / large scale environments
3. Operations experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
4. OS and Application Patching
5. Experience in Active Directory/OpenDJ/SunOne Directory
