Role:
Business Requirement
Retire all existing assets
Asset Mass upload to create new assets in existing AM Business Unit with adjust life and cost (NBV)
Depreciate new assets
Process AM Accounting & GL Posting
Link new asset with AP invoice
Report or Queries (2 Numbers) low complexity
QA
UAT Support
Production Migration
Post go-live support (One week)
Out of Scope
- Create new Business Unit
- UAT
- Production support
- PeopleSoft Administration
- DBA / Server administration / Network support activities
Assumptions
Total number of assets to be retired and mass uploaded is around 172K
All assets to be retired and created will be with existing AM BUs, no new business unit (AM/GL) need to be created.
New reports to be created will be of low complexity
Application and backend access will be provided before starting the project
