Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding, employee benefits and terminations and FMLA
• Administer regularly scheduled performance evaluation program
• Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts and compensation bands based on market research
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
• Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution and work with the leadership team to resolve conflicts that may arise among teammates.
• Manage training and development opportunities.

Desired Characteristics:

• Previous work experience as an HR administrator for a minimum of 5 years
• Bachelor s degree in human resources plus PHR or SPHR certification
• Familiarity with labor laws
