Personal assistant (m/f) private household

For an internationally active chairman, we are looking for a personal assistant (m/f) in his private household in Vitznau.

Tasks

Overall coordination and organization of private and business appointments for the chairman and his family
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Processing, organizing and answering emails in English
General correspondence in English
Organization and coordination of international travel, especially flights and accommodations
Organization and coordination of private and business invitations or events
Invoice control and processing
Coordination of external service providers
Occasional control rounds in the family home

Requirements

Work experience in a comparable position
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Independent and team-oriented, service-oriented
Native English or a very good level of English, advantageous knowledge of German
Driving license
