Job Description
(Please share profiles with Investment Banking & Trading Business experience only.
Profiles from other BFS domains like Retail Banking, Credit Cards etc. won't be acceptable to customer).
- 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology with 3-5 years as a hands-on business analyst.
- Knowledge of content delivery networks and web domain strategies.
- Familiarity with ETF and/or Mutual Funds product information.
- Experience working with product marketing websites preferred.
- Experience working in asset management industry for an ETF or Mutual Funds firm desired.
- Analyze the functionality and operation of existing systems used to store, produce and manage Content.
- Ensure that operational procedures, user persona profiles, workflow processes and user manuals are updated and documented.
- Understand and document downstream system usage, including , documenting and maintaining requirements and operational procedures for regulatory reporting, client reporting, disclosure management, commentary management, factsheet automation and publishing, third party data delivery, presentation management and internal and external website content consumption
- Analyze, assess, and solicit business requirements.
- Document data sourcing, delivery, and extraction solutions
- Develop detailed Business and Functional requirements documentation with considerations for scope, success factors/measures, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
- Develop test plans and perform hands-on testing of complex system functions
- Partner with content Program Leader for guidance, and coordinate efforts with team members as needed
- Gain and utilize functional expertise on Products, Client Website, Fact sheets, Client Reports etc. and other global sites
- Responsible for automating Client Review Books for the Marketing Managers, generates automated books, validates data and format, delivers books to Portfolio Managers and Fund Strategists by requested date and support data feed processing and monitoring of website content
- Provide weekly status updates to the team
- Quickly escalate issues and roadblocks to the team for resolution
- Support the coordination and communication of all analysis projects undertaken by the BA team
