Control-M Admin

Perform administration function on Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager, Control-M agent and Control Module for v7 & v9.0.18

Actively involved in Control-M version upgrade and apply fix-pack/patch to fix intermediate issues in Control-M

BMC Accreditation /Certification would be preferred

Should be capable of handling installation, upgradation and maintenance of Control-M component and related applications

Disaster Recovery Design Architect, Planning Strategy, Document Writer and Implementer/Participator in plan execution

Hands-on experience in Control-M self-service and Workload change manager setup and troubleshoot the relevant issue

Build and validate job flows, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria.

Must be able to analyze business requirements procedures and problems to smooth migration of jobs flows and scheduled systems

Expertise in utilizing all Control-M Components: GUI, GCS, CCM, Administrative utility tools, History, Forecast, Reporting Facility, Workload Change Manager, Self Service and Control-M automation API, REST API.

Experience with common networking protocols and services including Advanced File Transfer (AFT), TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSH, FTP/SFTP, SNMP, LDAP, LFTP and tools for accessing these end points like WinSCP, Putty, FileZilla etc.

Knowledge of ITSM tools like Remedy, JIRA & Incident/Change Request process.
