Job Description: Scrum Master
Duration- 12+ Months Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years experience, managing 2-3 teams using Rally & JIRA. Use Rally dashboards to measure team performance, identify blockers, improve team efficiency.
2. Experience in release management. Releases are weekly
3. Capacity management
4. Preparing teams and features for PI Planning
5. Able to manage teams across boundaries
6. Familiar with front end technologies such as react
7. Familiarity with content management platforms a plus
8. Must be energetic and genuinely enjoy working with a diverse group
