Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Job is 100% remote, Project is in Eastern Time Zone

Visa: Resource MUST be a US Citizen or a Green card/visa holder with a minimum of 7 years residency in the US

Duration: 12-month

Candidate must have extensive techno-functional experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor including writing, modifying and testing fast formulas, configuration of all timecard components including custom fields and attributes, capturing timecard changes, experience with work schedules and ensuring that changes are picked up in file to payroll and experience with defaulting assignment level values onto timecard. In addition, must be able to troubleshoot integrations from T&L to the non-Oracle payroll system, including missing employees, employees with incorrect time, adjustments not being picked up correctly, etc.

Our client has been awarded a contract from the government to support Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor in addition to supporting any integrations and enhancements. They are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Techno-Functional resource for long term support for a government agency.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide day to day help desk support and document fixes
• Review quarterly releases and determine any potential items that will affect the current system
• Communicate with client to ensure fixes meet their expectations

Must Haves:

• Must know how to write and troubleshoot fast formulas
• Resource MUST be a US Citizen or a Green card/visa holder with a minimum of 7 years residency in the US
• Will need to pass a background check in order to get security clearance

Additional NOTES just received:

Our client did not implement Oracle (don't know who did) and the customer has brought our client in to rescue them. It is a govt agency who has been live for 30 60 days. The older systems was a PeopleSoft on-prem solution that was extremely old and had a lot of complexities built in to it. As a result, the consultant needs to be deep into Time & Labor. Candidate will need to know how to touch it and do it a doer.
