Credit Analyst/Sr. Officer

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform detailed credit analysis and prepare credit submissions for new commercial real estate and subscription loan opportunities, amendments, and annual reviews of existing loans;


2. Administer the KYC process for new and existing borrowers;


3. Prepare ad-hoc projects and reports and perform administrative functions as needed;


4. Liaise with the loan operations team for loan administration matters; and


5. Assist RMs as needed.

Skills/Profile

1. Strong writing, verbal, and listening skills;


2. Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and preferably ARGUS;


3. Ability to set priorities in a multi-task environment with tight deadlines;


4. Working knowledge and understanding of the lending process and credit policies;


5. Disciplined and responsible with strong work ethics;


6. Curiosity to dig behind numbers and provide risk perspective;


7. Working with various teams under varying degrees of supervision;


8. Bachelors degree;


9. 2 years prior credit analyst experience; and


10. Preferably had subscription financing experience.
