1.Specific Skills/Job Description
- Cooking traditional and authentic Korean Cuisine;
- Cooking numerous Korean side dishes (Banchan);
- Make Korean spicy cold and hot noodles soup base to make ramen;
- Prepare special Korean BBQ sauce and marinate Galbi (beef ribs), pork, chicken to make a brochette and other friend and grilled dishes;
- Prepare various ingredients and roll for Kimbap (Korean sushi) and Japchae (Korean glass noodle).
2.Job Requirements and working conditions
Educational level:
- Secondary-General Course(Diploma) or
- Vocational school diploma/Certificate
Years of experience related to the job offer:
- Minimum 7 to 11 months of experience in(Korean cuisine).
Description of qualifications:
- Must have experience in Korean. or
- Cookery Certificate or Diploma holder in Korean
Languages asked for: French or English
