Backend developer - 40 %

We are a circular baby clothing subscription service founded at the beginning of 2020. Yes, we rent out bundles of organic baby clothes for baby s the first years because they grow too fast and the clothing is used too little. We support small brands producing baby clothes from organic cotton and reduce clothing waste by sharing clothes automatically between families. Our goal is to make renting more attractive than buying new, starting with baby clothes.

As a backend developer, you are bringing our rental solution for parents & babies to the next level. Process flow automations, system integrations and an ultra-smooth customer experience with included data gathering along the journey are key. We show our customers how easy renting is and tech is a crucial enabler to reaching excellence for our rental service.

Tasks

• Analyse and optimize our technical landscape, processes and systems
• Manage and develop all technical interfaces
• Manage and implement API s and webhooks
• Work hand in hand with the front-end development
• Understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• You have experience with B2C and/or B2B e-commerce businesses
• You can dedicate 40% of your week (2 full weekdays or 4 half-days), remotely or face-to-face
• Knowledge of other programming languages are definitely useful
• English is a must. Speaking German or French is not required, but useful
