Job Description
OSS Specialist
- 15+ Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with OSS experience in Wired, Wireless LOBs for following areas
- Service Catalog- TOSCA, Python, BPMN Service templates
- Service & Technical Order Orchestration
- Domain Orchestrator & Activation
- Service & Resource Inventory Management
- Network Planning & Design
- Inventory Management & Discovery
- Fault Management, Performance Management, Alarm Management
- Closed Loop Automation
- Must have hand-on architecture design/consulting experience with (any 1) Ciena Blueplanet, Netcracker, Amdocs E2E OSS stack
- Proficient with MEF, TMF & GSMA standards
- Should have worked in customer advisory role across OSS stack for 5+ years
- Experience with TMF architecture & Integration standards- NaaS, Open API
- Strong experience in Business Architecting and designing IT solutions with Enterprise Integration
- Candidate should be a US Citizen or Green card holder
- Articulate in communication
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Effective presentation skills
