Job Description
Alink Home Services Centre Ltd. provide supporting services for restaurants, hotels as well as commercial central kitchen. We recently expanded our services to Vancouver Island and look forward to continuing our expansion across the province. We are currently seeking Food Service Supervisor that meet these key requirements:
Conduct supervision and assessment of food service staff;
Establish work procedures and schedules;
Maintain quality control standards for food and service;
Ensure that inventory records are maintained and waste is minimized;
Assess the need for supplies and order them accordingly;
Respond to customer complaints and inquiries;
Train food service staff in job duties and safety procedures and participate in the hiring process.
Job type: Permanent full-time, 30 to 40 hours/week
Salary: $17.50/hour
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school preferred;
1+ year of experience in food preparation or service are required.
