Business Process Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop analytical performance review of each product sets and portfolio.
-Derives analytical in sighting covering aspects of product such as market/ industry traction, bandwidth consumption, product trending, and subscriptions
-Derive behavioral pattern that can influence acquisition and churn.
-Facilitate plans and programs relevant to each product and portfolios
-Provide value insights for an effective marketing program on a per product portfolio delivery.
-Oversees monitoring and documentation of developed process.
-Monitors process improvement and execution.
-Monitor Checklist compliance by the Product Managers.
-Collaborate with Product leads on product relationships, Product performance and quality concerns.
-Determines completeness and validity of feasibility, Business case and post-Lunch review template
-Monitors Portfolio lifecycle and management needing updates, improvements or decommissioning.
-Manage Data gathering, data extraction, vendor compliance/ payment, and process documentation.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business course, Accounting, Economics or any related course.
-Excellent in Verbal & Written communication
-Keen to details
-Analytical Skills
-Excellent in MS word, Excel, Power point Presentation.
Problem solving abilities
-With at least 1 year working experience as a Business Process Analyst or Documentation or Technical Writer
-With Strong personality.
-Can cope in a dynamic working environment.
-Can start asap
-Hybrid Set up (2 days WFH & 3 days onsite)
