Job Description


Mercer is looking for an Investment Implementation Specialist to join our team.


What can you expect?

As a member of the team responsible for the sub-advisor process, you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external teams.
You will partners with Corporate Finance and Fund Administration on sub-advisor fees, expense rates and payments
You will plan and manage execution of mid-size projects.
You will develop expertise in a practice area.
In this role you will have the ability to investigate and resolve queries from internal and external customers.

We will count on you to:

Coordinate the sub-advisor invoice process
Supports departmental activities to comply with industry regulatory requirements
Partner with other team members and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Implements appropriate risk controls and procedures and ensures adherence to these procedures and controls.
Train junior team members and be a SME in your area.
Be responsible for the delivery of key regulatory reporting requirements to applicable regulators.


What you need to have:

Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of professional experience
Proven ability to work under pressure , adapt to changing environment, solid multi-tasking skills and the ability to learn.
Strong excel skills and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous knowledge of reinsurance and/or insurance concepts preferred.
