General Accountant with HR

Our client, a growing, cutting-edge company in Tyler, Texas, is seeking a quality general accountant who also has basic experience in human resources.

General accounting responsibilities

• Accounts receivable and payables, postings, reconciliations, general ledger interface, closing processes, financials


• QuickBooks experience is a real plus


• Accounting, finance or business degree preferred

Human resources responsibilities

• Manage hiring process policies, applications, interviewing, onboarding


• Front end of payroll process


• HR certificates are a plus

Additional

• Good communication skills, personable, team player, organized


• Detailed, accurate, dependable and reliable


• At least two years of related experience


• MS Office, including strong Excel, and Word
